Rental Terms

By booking with **EZ N2 LUXURY RESTROOMS LLC**, you agree to the following general rental terms:
* Reservations are not guaranteed until availability is confirmed and any required deposit is received.
* Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
* Final payment must be made by the due date listed on your invoice or service confirmation.
* Customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery, setup, and pickup access.
* If applicable, Customer must provide required water and/or electrical access unless otherwise arranged in writing.
* Additional charges may apply for extended rental time, difficult site access, return trips, delayed pickup, damages, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the trailer.
* The restroom trailer must be used only for its intended purpose and may not be moved, altered, or tampered with by anyone other than EZ N2 LUXURY RESTROOMS LLC.
* Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
* Full booking details and service obligations may be governed by our Rental Agreement / Service Terms, quote, invoice, or written booking confirmation.
