These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals and services provided by EZ N2 Luxury Restrooms LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a rental, submitting a quote request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
• All rentals require a completed quote request or booking confirmation.
• Dates are not secured until a deposit or payment is received.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on availability, location, or service requirements.
2. Payment Terms
• Deposits and final payments must be made by the due dates listed on your invoice.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, or other approved methods.
• Full payment must be received before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Delivery & Setup Requirements
Customers must provide:
• Safe, level ground for trailer placement
• Adequate space for delivery truck access
• Electrical and/or water connections if required
• Clear instructions for event location and timing
If the site is inaccessible or unsafe, we may refuse setup without refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Maintain the equipment in good condition during the rental
• Prevent misuse, vandalism, or damage
• Ensure guests use the equipment responsibly
• Notify us immediately of any issues during the rental period
You are responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
5. Company Responsibilities
We will:
• Deliver clean, fully functional equipment
• Provide professional setup and removal
• Offer support during your rental period
• Respond promptly to service needs or emergencies
6. Weather Policy
Our equipment can operate in most weather conditions.
However:
• Severe storms, flooding, unsafe ground, or extreme conditions may require cancellation or rescheduling.
• Safety decisions are made at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Uses
Equipment may not be used for:
• Illegal activities
• Hazardous environments
• Overcapacity events
• Locations that violate local laws or venue rules
8. Liability
EZ N2 Luxury Restrooms LLC is not responsible for:
• Guest misuse
• Property damage caused by improper site conditions
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse or unsafe conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will include a revised Effective Date.
